Terms of use
1 - Acceptance and conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the Terms of Use stated on our site www.claudebell.ca. By placing an order, the customer also confirms acceptance of the terms within without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the Claude Bell Institute and their client, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless given written consent prior to ordering.
2 - Products
Photographs, diagrams, drawings or videos illustrating our products are not contractual. If errors are found in the content they are in no case the responsibility of the Claude Bell Institute and we cannot be held accountable.
3 - Orders
The automatic registration systems are considered as the nature of proof, content and date of order. The Claude Bell Institute reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute in payment of a previous order. Once the buyer submit their information. In case of error in the recipient's details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which he could deliver the product.
4 - Shipping
Shipping in Canada and the United States will be conducted using the XPRESSPOST ® Canadian postal service. Possible delays in shipping do not entitle the buyer to claim damages. 5 - Withdrawal

If the customer exerts their right of withdrawal, the Claude Bell Institute is required to refund the money paid by the customer with the exception of the return and shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum period of 30 days.
6 - Price
All prices on this site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For each item the price listed on the site does not include shipping. On the invoice, the total indicated is the final price with all taxes included. This price includes the price of items, shipping, handling fees and packaging.
7 - Payment
The product price is payable the day of order. On the site payments can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal or by bank transfer.
When paying online, the customer’s will be considered effective only when the payment centers concerned have approved the payment. In case of refusal of payment, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified by email. Moreover, the Claude Bell Institute reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
When paying by bank transfer, the order will be deemed accepted upon receipt of such transfer on behalf of the Institute Claude Bell.
8 - Disclaimer
This contract is subject to Canadian law. The Claude Bell Institute cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold. This also applies to any subsequent alterations made by the product manufacturers. The responsibility of the Claude Bell Institute will in any event be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in the presentation of products.
It is always presumed that the customer making claims or disputes will express their concerns so that they may be received with attentive benevolence and good faith. In case of dispute, the customer should first contact the company by means of his choice to obtain a good-natured solution.
9 - Informations légales
